Heartland Diabetes Center Diabetes Expo

Samepage is contributing to the Diabetes Expo in St. Joseph, Missouri today at 830 am. Now in its 10th year, this program is a success because of the passion and hard work of Susan Alderson, RD, CDE and her team at Heartland. Heartland Diabetes Center’s expo will feature health screenings, medical equipment vendors and two exercise demonstrations catered to people with limited mobility. Planners anticipate about 550 attendees.
